I live near to Hobbyyprint and I asked if they would look at a Canon G650 printer that I had purchased directly from Amazon. The printer was not printing correctly, images fuzzy and lines in the print. The printer was purchased with a 2 year warranty but when I spoke with Canon it was not easy to go through the issue and I struggled to go forward with a repair.

Hobbyprint checked the printer over and contacted Canon to remind them that the printer was purchased via Amazon with a 2 year Warranty. Hobbyprint diagnosed the fault as a faulty printhead and pushed Canon several times to get replacements for hobbyprint to install and complete the repair.

The printer is working brilliantly now and I can not thank Hobbyprint enough for working with Canon to get the issue resolved and the printer repaired.
